• Nerve Check quiz answers stay on your screen. We do not save them.

• To call or email you back about The Neuropathy Project.
• To send the emails you signed up for.
• To help you schedule a visit if you ask us to.

What we never do

• We never sell your information.
• We only share it with the tools that send our emails and keep our contact list, like Mailchimp. They may use it only for that.

Health information

• Our website forms and ads do not ask about your health.
• Records from a clinic visit stay in your clinic file. They are protected by HIPAA and Minnesota law.
